I am using SONY Bravia smart TV for 5 years that comes with few apps like You tube, Netflix, Bigflix, etc., and other Opera apps. (It's not an Android TV). No option to download any apps like Android TV. I regret buying a smart TV wherein I cannot download any required apps. I am a big movie buff used to watch movies in Cinema screens as well as at home. I used to watch Amazon Prime connecting my laptop to TV thru HDMI every time as I wanted to watch on a big screen with better audio. However, it is not a big task for the setup its time consuming. To overcome this, I bought an Amazon Firestick only to watch Prime since I already have other apps on my smart TV. The device is a little bigger than a USB drive. The setup is so easy. Once you plug in.. it keeps guiding, and you need to continue till finish.

Since nowadays the TV dish prices are inflating, I felt it is better to shift to OTT platforms, but I didn't want to buy a smart TV. So, I got this firestick last year, and it is very user-friendly, and we need to just plug it in an HDMI slot to use, as simple as that, and we don't need a smart TV to use it. It is worth the money and best for people who do not have a smart TV.

I have been a long time user of this product now, and I must say that the quality of the product is amazing! The experience of watching everything on HD is fantastic and cannot be described by words. It is super user friendly and extremely simple. The remote voice recognition gets it to bang on while providing the list of options. I gave up my cable connection owing to the varied range of content offered through this technology. I am highly impressed by this product and would recommend this to anyone who is a TV viewing person and a movie buff!

Well, my first valuable purchase would be the Amazon Fire TV stick. Even though I have my smart tv but the version is old so all the latest apps cannot be downloaded due to version issues. Then I decided to buy an Amazon Fire TV stick as it only requires an HDMI port in your tv and then you're good to go. It cost me around Rs. 3500 in the sale and now I have all the latest applications like Netflix and Hotstar at the tip of my fingers. Through this product, it recalibrates the screen and gives the best resolution possible. I would definitely recommend this product if you're a tv person.

My overall cost of media usage has greatly decreased after purchasing the Amazon Fire TV stick. The immediate and unhindered access to data streaming proves it's cheaper than spending on movie theaters and other media expenditures. I am using Chromecast for 2 years and recently bought Fire Stick for Prime Video support. After using Fire Stick for around a month, I can see that it’s better than Chromecast in all aspects. It supports YouTube casting via the Amazon Silk browser and supports Prime Videos and Music. Most importantly, it has a UI (user interface), which gives us a platform through which we can interact with it and do things like connecting Bluetooth devices, see content to watch, watching, watched; change settings, install/uninstall apps. Now, we get remote with which we can control volume, on/off the TV, mute. Once we set Fire Stick, we don’t need a TV remote anymore. It feels complete, which is not the case with Chromecast, where you don’t have a UI to interact with, no remote. So, If you’re confused between Chromecast and Fire Stick, I suggest with my experience that Fire Stick is a better option, and it transforms normal TV into a real and complete smart TV.

2 years back i used Airtel setup Box with DDR, shelling out Rs 750 per month with limited content. This TV stick is a good streaming device with lots of applications. It has all the popular applications like Netflix, Hotstar, Youtube, etc, and plenty more. The UI is easy to follow and intuitive and is usually very snappy. Since I have an old HD TV that doesn’t support HDR and Dolby versions hence, I opted for the standard fire TV stick, and I would recommend the same to people with similar TVs. It is a very good device and handles almost everything you throw at it decently. All in all, I am satisfied with it and would recommend it to people.

The third generation is so much better, and I am just loving it! It has improved drastically over the previous generations, and the Indian English Accent is no longer an issue. Microphone sensitivity is good, and it can even pick up the slightest of whispers! The sound quality is just awesome, and you don’t need a speaker to connect. Looks wise it is excellent, and the build quality is too good! It can also work with my Amazon Firestick, and the features offered by this small device at this price are just amazing and way beyond words! I am a big fan of it now, a complete “WOW” to this small device!

An incredible technology interface. It's still our first week, and I must say it has become my friend to enjoy the music across eras, create my own playlists. My kids listen to stories and learn and improve their general knowledge. They also learn different languages, and my mother enjoys spiritual music, and while my better half is always amused how a kid of 4 years to elders in the family all enjoying such a technology. Initially, it felt a bit weird talking to a speaker, but I got used to it in no time. I bought it after it was launched in India, and I would say that the sound quality is pretty good. You get a good depth of sound with decent bass. There are several skills available. For example, adding stuff to the shopping list or set up a reminder. The thing I like the most about it is that it understands the Indian accent very well.

I bought this Amazon Echo Dot 3rd Gen smart speaker on the very next day of launching the product. I had not used any other smart speaker earlier, it feels a bit weird talking to a speaker, but you get used to it in no time. The sound quality is pretty good. You get a good depth of sound with decent bass. Several skills available, and you will find some of them are very useful, for example, adding stuff to the shopping list or set up a reminder. It understands the Indian accent very well. Kids love it. An added advantage is that they can take help for homework, and talking to Alexa also motivates them to speak in English. I am highly satisfied with my purchase. Overall I think this was super value for money.

I got it on sale for 3k. It offers decent sound and richer bass, compared to my Bluetooth speaker, the Boat Stone 260. It works seamlessly with my smart home devices, and the app is fantastic. It doesn't support a Fire TV stick, but Amazon assures it'll arrive by mid-November, so that's something to look out for. The app works great, and you can control your smart home or this dot from anywhere in the world, as long both of your devices have an internet connection. It's a fun little party trick. I couldn't be happier with my echo dot. Also, as you can see in the picture, I got the sophisticated-looking white colour.

Been almost over a year now. My whole family uses for almost 2/3 hrs in a day. And in that 70% of the time me, my wife and my son enjoy listening to the songs. The wow factor is the UI voice interface, no need to open and fiddle with a voice streaming app. Just voice control and listen to the songs of the choice. Rest of the time i use for update on news and weather. I think a wonderful entertainment source for me and my family. Off-late I have been experimenting with audible app of Amazon for playing stories for my son. I feel due to online classes he is glued too much to computer so this surely helps reduce strain to his eyes. Exploring more features but as of now a real value for money product for my family.

Using this product for about two years now, and I must agree that the quality of the experience it offers is Excellent! The fun of watching everything on 1080p+ is fabulous and cannot express if not experienced! It is super user friendly, just like any other Google Chrome device. The searches are quick too. Watching videos and movies through this on the TV screen is a different immersive experience altogether. The Chromecast is connected to my TV all the time now! The Google Home mini has organized various routines with me. I feel it is impossible to live without it now. I can access my room lighting and also receive the latest news updates regularly from the device. One of the main features that makes it so good to me is the music sleep timer, as before I couldn’t sleep with the music still playing, but now the product switches off the music for me. I purchased it over a year ago and, it is definitely worth the money.

It’s almost eight months that I have been using this product happily without facing any major issues! The build quality and the material used are of top-notch. The sound from the small speaker is exceptionally clear and pretty loud too. The power of Google search is tapped fully through this small but effective device! I had the previous-gen Full HD fire stick that served me well on my previous smart TV. I bought this to check out the improvements and to compare it with the native apps on Web OS on my TV. It blows away the native apps. Dolby Vision, HDR10 works flawlessly. The AC wifi on this works even better than the wired ethernet connection on my TV. The apps run well and super fast. This stick plays 4K in plex without transcoding with absolutely no issues.

This Amazon Prime is the best OTT platform I have ever used. Not only it has varieties but what makes it different is that it doesn't have a restriction for screens in use. Apart from that, it shows the names of the characters and a lot more information about the movie/show you are watching at the same time. Very good service at a reasonable price.
